Reset admin and newsroom staff passwords securely.
This recovery flow supports staff accounts like Verified Reporter, Editor, Admin, and Super Admin, along with legacy admin logins.
- OTP is sent to the registered admin or staff email address.
- Codes stay valid for 10 minutes.
- After reset, sign in again with the new password.
Examples include accounts like admin@aram360.com and superadmin@aram360.com when those emails exist in your admin system.
